Questions I should ask the doctor

1.  PHPV or FEVR. ?
The right ( good eye)  seems to be slipping down. That is the white area above the cornea is often seen. Half of the cornea is hidden by the lower lid. Is it a sign of FEVR ( http://www.fevr.net/)
2. What about retina and cataract ?
3.In the edge of the eye (left) the lids seem to be fused together. Need surgery to separate them?
4.When to start wearing conformers ?
5.What are the advantages of Surgery ?
6.What are the disadvantages in keeping un-operated?
